Shikha Kedia Bharadwaj is the founder of BitQuest - Digital Agency, which proudly has a presence in three countries- Malaysia, India and they recently ventured into the Australian digital industry.

Digital Strategist. Entrepreneur. Mother is how she describes herself and rightly so. Shikha is a serial entrepreneur with marketing experience of over 13 years in the digital industry during which she has collaborated and worked with many start-ups and large-scale corporations.

Shikha jointly founded Bit Quest Sdn Bhd, a global digital marketing agency in the year 2017. This company has been granted the prestigious “MSC Malaysia Status Company,” a Special Economic Zone and high-technology business district in Malaysia. BitQuest now caters to clients from all around the world and has been in a great working relationship with all their clients. The company has also won the award for Best Online Advertising Technology Solutions Malaysia 2020 by Global Banking and Finance. 

The latest addition to her list of accolades is the award of the ‘The Economic Times Most Promising Women Leaders 2021’ powered by Femina. Though entrepreneurship for women can be difficult and risky, she continues to break the glass ceiling and now leads by example as an inspiring entrepreneur. She is thrilled and is looking forward to many such moments in her entrepreneurial journey.

Accomplished, proficient and passionate, Shikha is the key personnel at BitQuest and believes that there are no shortcuts to success. According to her, deciding to become a women entrepreneur is a difficult and risky career move. She is proud to say that as the founder of her company she has played the role of the receptionist, CEO and everything in between. She has been responsible for matching pace with the quick and ever-changing digital landscape.

With an expanding team, Shikha now plays a much strategic role in running the business. She likes to call herself as the motivator for her team and innovator for business growth.

On a personal front, Shikha is the Vice-President of India Malaysia Busines Council - Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) and an eminent member at Lead Women Malaysia. She was also conferred upon the honor of  "Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All" by Women Economic Forum in 2020. A certified underwater diver Shikha loves sports like swimming, skating, and table tennis and practices them with her son, whenever time permits :)
